Customer Service - Dutch Speaker (M/F/d)

(Fixed-term contract) based in Valencia, Spain**
Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales force and pursuing pending offers
• Communicating with customers in Dutch, English, and French
• Advising existing and potential customers on product inquiries
• Processing of quotes, orders, invoices, including followup until the delivery
• Maintaining CRM data, processing of complaints and contacting customers in the event of late payment

Profile:

• Business Economics / Organization Management / Digital Management / Supply Chain or similar majors
• Extensive background in Customer Service and Backoffice Management, particularly in B2B and industrial environmen
• Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English, French and German a plus
• Skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge in SAP
• Willing to travel abroad 30% of the time
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication and a selfmotivated, and structured work sty
