KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Use advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and develop strategies to drive portfolio growth and improve performance profile, while mitigating risk
Daily monitoring - declines and rejects handling & routing of traffic
Monitor KPIs (daily monitoring of app ratio, decline/reject reasons, chargeback ratio, payments alerts)
Prepare daily performance analysis for specific Key Business Indicators (KBIs)
Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of PSPs and Acquiring banks
Produce forecasting models and recommendations to understand and mitigate risk
Participate in the development of internal processes and systems
Manage the implementation and proper use of control systems
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of one-year experience/background in Risk and Payments management - Essential
An understanding of online payments and payment processes - Desirable
Exceptional at automating manual processes
Strong data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of risk and financial analysis
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Possesses great time management skills
Advanced MS Office knowledge (specifically Excel)
Highly proficient in spoken and written English - Essential

Salary: 1,200.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marbella: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
