POSITION

As a
Retail Learning Assistant, you will support the structured learning and development program for Louis Vuitton stores across the Mediterranean Zone, by assisting the needs and vision of business objectives, as well as the learning and development needs of our teams.

What will you do?

Coordinate logistics for internal participant selection and invitations.
Support translation of corporate material into local language when needed.
Prepares onboarding material for new comers and others upon request from Retail Learning Manager.
Organize logistics of meeting rooms, meals, hotel bookings, entertainment
Coordinate feedback from participants after training completion.
Updates LMS training database to track internal training paths.
Supports Retail Learning team in delivery and organization of onboarding for new employees.

PROFILE

Expected Attitude and Skills:

Highly organized and rigorous.
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, high ability to understand and conclude figures.
Strong computer skills with complete manage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
Be a selfstarter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities, organizational skills.
Trust & integrity.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, agility to adapt to changes.
Communication skills and easily connects with others.
Fluent Spanish & English.

Required profile and Experience:

Graduated from Business School or Business Administration required.
A previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is required, in the retail field and/or HR department will be positively considered.
