You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Develop and execute a digital go-to-market strategy and lead comprehensive digital transformation initiatives
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital transformation programs and prioritize and develop a roadmap for implementation
• Collaborate and coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Develop change management strategies and support teams through training and communications
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital gotomarket strategies
• Develop a vision for endtoend sales processes in collaboration with the sales team

That's what you bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field, and strong experience in program management or go-to-market digital transformation
• Experience with change management methodologies to drive organizational digital transformation and initiatives
• Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management and budgeting
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to work effectively in crossfunctional and crosscultural teams
• Strategic thinking, experience in developing and implementing gotomarket plans
• Professional English language skills
