    About Us

    n-ix's client is the leading European online car market, boasting 30 million monthly users across 18 countries.

    We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to contribute to the evolution of our platform and enhance user experience for millions of customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Maintenance of existing services, including bug fixes, security updates, and improvements in Java, Scala, and TypeScript
    2. Development of new APIs and web applications using Java and TypeScript
    3. Migration of legacy services to modern technologies, leveraging Java and TypeScript
    4. Creation and management of online ads for private users
    5. Management of appointment systems between sellers and buyers
    6. Operation of user profile services for storing and managing user data

    Requirements

    Must-Have Skills

    • 5+ years of experience with TypeScript for web application development
    • Proficiency in JavaScript for web application development
    • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
    • Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot for building APIs and web applications
    • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

    Should-Have Skills

    • Experience with hosting in Cloud environments (AWS preferred)
    • Docker/containers expertise
    • AWS RDS/SQL DB knowledge
    • AWS Lambda proficiency
    • AWS CloudFront experience

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Experience with observability tools like Datadog
