We're looking for Customer Service Advisors who are fluent in the Flemish language and have a good level of English, are excited by innovation and thrive on challenges to join our vibrant customer care team

What you'll be doing?

As you work, you will be using leadingedge diagnostic tools to help guide clients in solving issues.
You will be looking to respond to our customers in a timely manner and aiming to have a firstresponse resolution where possible.
You'll be a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on our service and brand values.
Working alongside our internal and external teams to look into and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

What skills & experience you'll bring to us?

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent level of written & spoken Flemish with a high level of English.
Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
Have good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
Solutionoriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
Wellorganised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure

Benefits:

What do we offer?

Salary: €24,000 gross/yearly_._
Contract: Permanent contract (1month probation period).
Holidays: 24 holidays per calendar year.
Work model: Officebased _(with Hybrid working option)_ from our office in Barcelona.
