The jobholder role will be in charge of
Capex management in Getafe Plant .


The main jobholder role starts by managing all capital expenditure investments to Getafe Plant for Airbus Commercial Aircraft establishing key interfaces and building relationships with internal customers and key team members in support of alignment of CAPEX project goals.


According to this, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring the Capex approval process according to the strategy needs of Getafe Plant and aligned with Airbus Central guidelines.


MAIN TASK:

In the role, the jobholder main tasks will be the following:

  • Optimization of Airbus Commercial Getafe assets portfolio through continuous challenge and strategic analysis of priorities and drivers of all requested needs.
  • Construction of the Airbus Getafe Operational Planning for each coming years.
  • Responsible for the analysis and recommendations, for top management approval, of the overall investment portfolio for all Plant initiatives.
  • Permanent drumbeat, control & reporting of CapEx.
  • Analyze and challenge all individual CapEx projects
  • Ensure the CapEx Target adherence year by year.
  • Lead the Capex Local tool development with an external supplier ensuring the E2E execution and implementation
  • Lead the Local MFT Capex with HOs CDTs, project leaders and functions involved to report the progress of the projects and state a clear action plan in case of deviations.
  • Lead the communications with Central Capex department and report to the follow up of the milestones (Forecast, MR, MPR Light and audits).
