The Team:

The Marketing Operations Team as part of Global Demand Generation is helping Go-To-Market Organization to grow business by optimizing Marketing Resources with transparent planning, easy alignment and relevant reporting.

Marketing Operations oversees cross team collaboration between people, processes and technology and generates analysis that support marketing strategies and campaigns.

The Marketing operations teams help marketing departments operate efficiently and cohesively.

The work you'll do:

Using Salesforce CRM and Pardot Marketing Automation platform to ensure Lead process is running smoothly
Performing quality checks of our MQL Lead process
Pulling Data for Data Quality from our in house analytic tool
Supporting creation of reports and analysis about business performance of Marketing Department
Assisting Marketing Operations Team Members in day to day tasks

The qualifications you need:

Experience in a marketing role within a highgrowth B2B technology business
Strong level of written and verbal English language
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of crossfunctional teams
Broad understanding of different marketing tactics and when to deploy them to meet specific goals
Datadriven with a keen desire to understand performance, and use it to drive future plans
