The role in a nutshell

The Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting in the planning, development and implementation of the organisation's marketing strategies and marketing communications, both internally and externally.


The position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work with them to develop and implement the strategic marketing plan to broaden the presence of Junior Adventures Group, it's brand and services.

This will include leading the planning, development and activation of Junior Adventures Group's digital and social media and lead the build of deliverables as needed including content development for website, external communications, surveys and marketing related to operations support and talent attraction.

The position will also plan and manage campaigns.

Experience

Essential Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential, developing and executing brand awareness strategies, tactical roll out through marketing campaigns and external communications.

Desirable Experience using social media analytics software to help maximise campaign performance would be highly advantageous. Experience using engagement platforms such as Hubspot /Salesforce would also be highly advantageous (but not essential).

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of the marketing function. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Ability to work pro-actively and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the quality of our brands.


Qualifications:

Required Tertiary qualified in a Marketing degree or similar.
