Responsibilities:


Key Action Areas:


  • Increase overall awareness of IE in the Asia Pacific region and its markets.
  • Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities for the region to promote IE's Undergraduate, Master and/or other programs as required.
  • Support the Regional Director in setting and monitoring financial targets and budgets, as well as designing the marketing strategy for IE's Undergraduate, Master and other programs in the region as required.
  • Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offering.
  • Coordinate with various IE departments to maximize the institution's recognition.
  • Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities, including: Fairs, local or regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc.
  • Support the Alumni Clubs, coordinate events for Alumni community in the region & identify new members of this growing community.
  • Develop an assigned market/segment in the region.
  • Reports to the Regional Director on the activities in the region.

Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent discipline and Master program from a recognized university or business school.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience as a program manager and/or stakeholder management.
  • The experience running online or blended programs is very valuable.
  • Great capacity to structure teams and execute projects efficiently.
  • Extremely welldeveloped interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and with a solid customer service experience focus.
  • Great communication skills both oral and written, including delivering presentations to clients demonstrating poise and professionalism;
  • Service/Solution/resultoriented and a positive/cando attitude; and
  • Strong commercial focus,
  • Capability to work within tight deadlines, with technology and to navigate an entrepreneurial culture;
  • Curious, eager to continue learning and detail oriented.
