- Support the smooth running of the Human Resources Department; takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner;
- Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in Spain: including full payroll cycle, on boarding, off boarding, benefits management and administration and other key processes;
- Provide assistance and support to employees in a variety of areas, such as resolving queries related to payroll, benefits, leave and company policies. In addition, maintain confidentiality and privacy of employees' personal and sensitive information;
- Ensure that the company complies with current labor laws and regulations, assisting in the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role;
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese;
- Resilient, committed, and capable of managing multiple demands and priorities;
- Knowledgeable of applicable regulations in Spain; Conditions of the position

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00
