Business Development & Partnerships Manager - Commercial (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities:

As a Business Development & Partnerships Sr Analyst, you will be focus on Customer Engagement & Cross Selling.

Openbank is looking for a driven, data
- and results-oriented Partnerships Senior Analyst to join our Business Development Team.

As part of the Team, your main responsibilities will include:


  • Discounts platform offered to all Openbank customers.
  • Existing partners' management in all Openbank's countries and developing new promotions and campaigns intended to promote the platform.
  • Acquisition of new customer interests based partnerships with relevant brands in each country and developing new categories of brands.
  • New promotions and campaigns to grow the existing users of the platform.
  • Open Markets, Openbank's electronic marketplace: Sales, product renovation and communication management.
  • Reporting elaboration and analysis for communication and business metrics.
  • Analysis of trends and tracking of competitors. New partners and rewards proposals.
  • Support for Customer Care department in the incidents management and proposal of process improvement to diminish contacts and improve customer experience.
  • Active participation in the strategic projects of Openbank.
  • Identifying and defining new opportunities to improve processes, commercial actions and customer communications.
  • This position works closely with individuals across the business: Marketing, IT, Compliance and Legal Teams.

To be successful in the role you must have
- +7 years of experience in a similar role.

  • University or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar field.
  • Partnerships negotiation ability.
  • Experience managing customer communication's calendar and Budget control.
  • Experience working in Marketing, Business Development or CRM departments in tech or FMCG companies.
  • Desired: bonus points if you have knowledge of or interest in the banking sector or financial products.
  • High level of English.
