Who are we? We introduce ourselves


Thiga is a
consulting firm 100% dedicated to digital product. Our challenge is to spread the product culture in companies that want to adopt the agility and the mindset of Product Managers, Product Designers and Agile Product Coaches.

We have little to do with traditional consulting.


We are Product lovers, agile as a startup. Our values permeate everything and proof of this is that we are always sharing and learning from each other.

That's how we best help our customers.


We are truly passionate about our work, about doing things with conviction when we join our clients' teams as a member, accompany them on a daily basis
and
contribute to changing the way digital products are made.


Put this way, it may seem pretentious.
But the approach to this purpose has a history behind it.

It dates back to 2014, when two friends (Hugo and Alexandre) got together to create Thiga at a time when there were hardly any organizations with Product Culture.

Since then,
Thiga's growth has been exponential.

Today we have more than 200 people working every day to bring our mission to life in France and of course, in Spain, where we landed in January 2019.

We are now at a point where the team is growing, hence this job offer.

Changing assignments from time to time is a great opportunity to learn about product in different contexts, products and sectors.

What else do we bring to our consultants? Community, books and reference content.

Product Lovers Community:
is the reference place for digital product professionals in Spanish. We have created this space where Product Managers, Product Designers, Marketing, Business... can share experiences about their day to day. A Slack where to exchange and know the news of the sector. We, the members, call ourselves "Product Lovers".


We organize LPCx meetups:
monthly events that take place in Madrid and Barcelona. It is an opportunity to meet and learn from other Product Management and Product Design experts.


We are behind La Product Conf, one of the most important events dedicated to Product Management in Europe that takes place once a year in Paris and Madrid. It aims to be the meeting point between members of the product community, to promote the Product Mindset through talks with experts from leading companies in product creation and of course, to share knowledge.
