    The Position Role Purpose Our ambition within Roche Information Solutions (RIS) is to transform Roche Diagnostics into a world class leading software company leveraging world class agile ways of working.

    With the customer in focus, the ambition to deliver value faster, incrementally and to relentlessly improve, you will be in a key influential role to help shape and enable the RIS Architecture & Software organization's strategy and contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics vision

    You are a seasoned agile methodologist and practitioner who will drive the agile journey of customer areas and functions within RIS.

    Reporting to the Software Program Management Office (PMO) Lead in Roche Information Solutions, you will primarily partner with the rest of RIS, the Customer Areas and Functions across the Diagnostics division to deliver customer centric solutions fast, reliably and and the desired quality.

    In this role, you will: Driving the development and deployment of world class Agile Ways of Working enabling Roche Information Solutions to achieve Business / Organizational Agility
    Coaching leaders in agile concepts, models and approaches required to achieving agility
    Fostering continuous improvement mindset in leaders, product teams

    Facilitating the co-creation and delivery of innovative and impactful products and solutions through various learning styles and role personas using suitable (agile) methodologies and frameworks (e.g.

    SAFe) to create deliverables, highlighting dependencies and raising/mitigating/communicating issues
    Fostering agility through working with all elements of the organization, Customer Areas and Functions by bringing an agile perspective to their ways of working
    Being an scaling (agile) framework methodologist by successfully supporting the implementation of scaled agile frameworks, design thinking , DevOps, supporting the transformation of non-agile teams, programs into agile operating models

    Who you are:
    Master's Degree and experience in related discipline (e.g. Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, M.Sc. or MBA)

    Must:
    Long-standing expertise in the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including all configurations of the SAFe framework; significant SAFe Large Solution & Portfolio-level expertise required

    Must:
    SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certified

    Must:
    excellent English language skills, written and spoken / conversational
    At least 15 years experience managing or leading teams or programs
    Relevant experience in software/systems engineering and a software development background, preferably in a healthcare company
    Quick learner and communicator with the ability to understand complex organizations and ability to embrace continuously changing environments

    Who we are:
    Location: You will be based in Sant Cugat with an híbrid model (2/3days a week office based)
    At the Company's discretion, an exception to the location requirement could be made under extraordinary circumstances.

    As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
