    We're seeking an experienced Principal GUI Developer to drive innovation in our software solutions. This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing our products to meet the evolving needs of users.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, with expertise in macOS/iOS application development using Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, and SwiftUI/AppKit.

    • Develop and maintain software-related features, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans.
    • Lead initial software deployments and updates, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
    • Supervise Engineers responsible for writing code for new software and updates.
    • Provide training and guidance to Engineers on software development and project-related tasks.
    • Assist in designing, coding, and debugging software as needed.
    • Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to corporate strategy.
    • Support existing features and enhance legacy code base.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement them to improve development efficiency.

    Your Skills

    We're looking for someone with:

    • Proven experience in developing pixel-perfect macOS/iOS applications.
    • Strong proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, and SwiftUI/AppKit.
    • In-depth understanding of macOS/iOS SDKs.
    • Proficiency in C++.
    • Excellent communication skills for training, coaching, and collaboration.
    • Familiarity with object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithm complexity analysis.
    • Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them to various projects.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • A proactive, results-driven approach with a desire for research and development.
    • Leadership skills to direct Engineers and provide effective coaching and training.
