The Role:

As a Consultant in our delivery team, you will collaborate on agile projects to drive customer digital transformation and Celonis' global growth.

You will work closely with customers to develop high-value solutions, analyze data, create business cases, and uncover process insights using Celonis software features such as Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

The work you'll do:

Initiate:

Be a key player in Celonis implementation projects, addressing customer pain points effectively
Design innovative analyses and execution apps, enhancing them with Machine Learning techniques to improve process visibility
Utilize Celonis technology to identify and address process inefficiencies in collaboration with customers

Implement:

Lead value creation workshops and develop strategies to enhance process efficiency
Quantify business potential, present findings to management, and drive Process Automation initiatives to boost productivity
Implement KPIs to measure customer success and empower continuous process improvement

Adopt:

Implement relevant KPIs to track customer success and progress
Enable customers for ongoing process enhancement and long-term success
Lay the groundwork for sustained customer success and value realization

The qualifications you need:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT or Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or related fields
Proficiency in data languages, including SQL (Python knowledge is a bonus)
Passionate about driving Celonis Process Mining tech forward
Strong analytical skills, organized, and quick learner
Desire for a challenging role to expand knowledge and think innovatively
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, enjoy engaging with customers to optimize business processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
