We're fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.

Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.


This position aims to support the organization, from an Intelligence perspective, in everything related to analyze performance of the commercial implementation via dashboards, tracking the impact of the initiatives and giving support to the current dashboard ecosystem.

In your role you will be the main intelligence supplier to the organization making available the data (all data included in the DataWareHouse), through Dashboards and Reports, to support business fast decision-making.

Your 'day to day'


You will provide reports to the organization on the performance standards of the conventional business and the RRP category towards local management, sales force, local commercial HQ, Marketing and RRP (Risk Reduced Products).

You will need to ensure the accurate, complete, relevant & timely reporting and tracking of core KPIs and performance results.


As the same way, you will develop and produce value added Ad hoc reports for the key stakeholders based on their requests.

Proactively suggest value added reports to them.

You will need to understand and control the data in the DWH tables to ensure the KPIs are calculated in a properly manner and always with the same calculation.


In your role you will gather market insights, analyze, share findings and incorporate/advise to adjust strategy accordingly and you should provide market internal stakeholders with insightful information about the business, constantly questioning how to improve the status quo.

You should find new ways to analyze using advance analytics techniques to improve the quality of the insights, the visualization and the automatization of the processes to generate new data.


In your day to day you will work closely with other team members to develop business intelligence and analytics projects managing them from the beginning until the end, looking for the best ways to do it.

Who we're looking for

  • University Degree, IT, statistical or engineer background would be a plus.
  • Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1).
  • More than 5 years of previous experience in a Commercial/Business Intelligence department or similar, preferably in both FMCGs and/or Services industries (such as telecom, energy, insurance, transportation, banking or software).
  • Understanding, through daily use, of Power BI, SQL or similar.
  • Understanding of BI tables and how raw data sources need to be built to enable proper modelling and efficiencies in processes.
  • Experience with advanced Analytics such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence basics (algorithms knowledge, main uses cases ), Phyton, R, etc. would be a plus.
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, strong analytical skills and fantastic interpersonal approach.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Valid EU work permit.
