Finance and Administration Assistant


Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for financial organization? Do you thrive on supporting visionary founders developing cutting-edge technological solutions? At GoHub Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund based in Valencia, we are actively looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team of believers and help us support our portfolio startups to boost their powerful ideas.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Finance: Assist our CFO into the elaboration of our annual accounts, monthly reports, bank reconciliation, supplier management, customer management, accounting entries of invested startups, payroll accounting, accruals and provisions of income and expenses.
  • Taxation: Preparation of usual models (advanced knowledge of VAT is required).
  • Admin: Assist our Operations Manager in the coordination with GoHub Ventures' reception, space management, relationship and management of external suppliers, general inventory control of the hub, and coordination with the People and Quality departments.

Who You Are

  • Independence Maestro: You have enough experience to be autonomous in your daytoday tasks.
  • Global Conversationalist: You are able to maintain a fluent conversation in English, as you will be working with international teams in both meetings and written communication.
  • Finance Pro: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. If you're armed with a Master's degree in Accounting Audit, we're even more excited to welcome you on board.
  • Experienced Individual: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Tech Navigator: You have experience with Business Central (Navision).
  • VC Geek: Knowing how the Venture Capital world works or startup investment in general is a plus
