We are a medium sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.


Responsibilities:


  • CMS Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Contentful, Typo3, Drupal, and Adobe Experience Manager platforms. Ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance of these systems.
  • Content Management: Lead content creation, editing, and publication processes across various CMS platforms. Implement best practices for content organization, versioning, and archival.
  • Customization and Integration: Customize CMS platforms to meet specific project requirements. Integrate thirdparty plugins, extensions, and modules as needed. Develop custom solutions to enhance CMS functionality and user experience.
  • SEO Optimization: work alongside the SEO Specialist to implement SEO best practices within CMS platforms to maximize search engine visibility and improve website rankings. Optimize metadata, URL structures, and content formatting for better search engine performance.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to content editors, administrators, and other users of CMS platforms. Offer guidance on content creation, publishing workflows, and platform usage.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor CMS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Implement optimization strategies to enhance platform speed, reliability, and scalability.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to protect CMS platforms against vulnerabilities and cyber threats. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Backend Development (ideal, not a must): Utilize backend development skills to enhance CMS functionality and integrate with other systems. Write clean, efficient code in languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or Python.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with Contentful, Typo3, Drupal, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CMS architecture, components, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in backend development languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ideal, not a must
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Languages

  • Spanish (mandatory)
