Customer Service professional for our Customer Operations team, equipped with strong interactive skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The Customer Operations role entails managing a customer database and overseeing the entire Order-to-Cash process.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrated experience in international Customer Service
Strong problemsolving abilities
Active listening and effective communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Intermediate level of proficiency in French
Knowledge of export processes is highly desirable
