Functions to be carried out:

Assist in the design and development of electrical engineering devices, equipment or systems using established criteria or specifications.
Ability to create, read and modify mechanical and electrical drawings.
Review project design documents.
Prepare electrical engineering reports and technical studies with integrity, technical adequacy and compliance with prescribed report format.
Work with other electrical, mechanical and software engineers to develop integrated solutions.
Perform design verification testing at assembly board level.
Create, modify and update electrical schematics and bills of materials for new products.
Work with suppliers to define product/component technical requirements.
Prototype circuits and assemblies to prove concepts and reduce design risks.
Troubleshooting at component and system level.
Identify problems and recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate new or alternative products.
Help develop new product offerings.
Develop PLC and HMI programs along with supporting automation technicians in the field.
Verify and document circuit and assembly functions according to design requirements.
Identify and present improvement opportunities for product quality, delivery and cost.
Determine causes, document and propose solutions for nonconforming internal and external electrical components and assemblies.

Education: Degree in electrical engineering.

Skills: Knowledge of Eplan (electric P8 and Propanel), Microsoft office (Word, Excel,Access...) and Autocad and professional inventor.

Languages: Essential English Level B2 (spoken and written).

Previous experience in a similar position: Previous experience in the industrial sector.
