    Technical Engagement Manager

    About Us

    Role

    As an Expert Engagement Manager, you'll work directly with clients and take ownership of one-to-many collaborations to create significant value for our clients.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure outstanding delivery by leading by example and supporting teams
    • Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet client needs
    • Contribute to engagement strategy, focusing on stakeholder management and team leadership
    • Unlock business benefits and ROI for clients by overcoming obstacles and creating value-based client benefits
    • Drive corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver value-based solutions

    What We're Looking For:

    Data Science, ML, or Computer Science background required

    Solid track record of building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships

    Extensive experience dealing with C-Level stakeholders and fluency in English (French and/or German a plus)
