The Sonata Platform by Taptap introduces fresh opportunities for data-driven omnichannel media purchasing across the open web and advanced geospatial market analysis for a comprehensive view of your business.

    Scope:

    • Reporting directly to the Head of Trading & Data Analyst.
    • Key role in the Client Services & Commercial teams.
    • Responsibility for managing advertising campaigns using TAPTAP's DSP & DMP, Sonata.
    • Management of EMEA Sales team campaigns to exceed client expectations.
    • Collaboration with Product and Sales teams for robust media strategies.
    • Maintaining updated forecasts and providing regular reports and recommendations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Programming and Implementing Digital Media campaigns:
      • Communication with agencies, trading desks, and direct clients.
      • Setting up data-driven digital ad campaigns in Sonata.
      • Managing bid strategies for campaigns.
      • Ensuring successful campaign deployment.
    • Monitoring the Digital Media campaigns:
      • Regularly monitoring campaign delivery.
      • Analyzing digital inventory performance and KPIs.
      • Troubleshooting ad creative issues.
      • Engaging with agencies and clients as a technical ambassador for Taptap.
    • Optimizing the Digital media campaigns:
      • Conducting A/B testing on creative pieces.
      • Analyzing campaign performance and recommending modifications.
      • Maximizing performance and ad revenue.
    • Reporting:
      • Providing campaign reports to internal teams and clients.
      • Preparing results and insights reports.

    Experience & Skills:

    • 2-3 years of similar experience within a trading desk, publisher, or advertiser team.
    • Knowledge of DSP/SSP technologies.
    • Experience in programmatic Buying, particularly Real Time Bidding.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Data-driven personality with storytelling abilities based on campaign data.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Understanding of online advertising metrics and KPIs.
    • Proficiency in Excel.

    Bonus points:

    • Experience with analytics and BI tools.
    • HTML/Javascript knowledge.
    • Fluent English (C1).
    • Knowledge of Italian is advantageous (B2).
