    Nayak, as Europe's largest provider of airline-independent maintenance, is seeking a Quality Manager for its Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) Operational Unit.

    This role reports directly to the CEO and Accountable Manager and is responsible for overseeing all activities within the company's Quality Department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and promote the Safety Management System.
    2. Manage the MOE: create, amend, and ensure compliance with current legislation.
    3. Audit Plan: conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with procedures and oversee corrective actions.
    4. Qualification of technical staff: verify and manage Engineers' qualifications and licenses.
    5. Provide training on MOE procedures to Engineers.
    6. Serve as liaison with AENA.
    7. Develop and update standard procedures in accordance with regulations.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum age of 30 years.
    2. High level English and Spanish proficiency (spoken and written). Italian knowledge is desirable.
    3. Thorough knowledge of aviation legislation.
    4. In-depth understanding of Part 145 and EASA regulations.
    5. Significant experience in performing internal audit procedures in the aeronautical field.
    6. Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar.
    7. EASA Form 4 certification.
    8. Driving license.
    9. Microsoft Office expertise.
    10. AMOS solid knowledge.
    11. Focused, organized team player with excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
