    What You'll Do:

    The goal of Business Performance Analytics (BPAX) team is to empower commercial leaders with in-depth analytical perspectives, enhancing their grasp of current business dynamics. Aligned with the Criteo culture of data-based decision making, our commitment is to deliver actionable insights that not only deepen understanding but also drive tangible value in addressing strategic challenges. As an Analyst in the Business Performance team you will implement a data-driven approach to understand and explain the business. This role involves working with a considerable amount of complex data and requires a candidate who is comfortable thinking of innovative ways to analyse data and create a comprehensive story.

    Your Mission:

    • Provide analytical insights on Criteo performance at global level, changes of market environment and competition
    • Size business growth opportunities / threats. Translate findings into actionable insights for multiple levels of stakeholders
    • Based on external and internal data, understand client behaviours, qualify potential of clients and prospects on new and existing business

    Examples of BPAX achievements in this role:

    • Designed, implemented and tested a churn prediction model and alerting system to mitigate the effect of client churn
    • Built advanced analytical views to decode global performance
    • Performed in-depth competition analyses measuring business impact of competitors' activity
    • Designed opportunities at campaign level and made them available globally
    • Performed a Customer Life-Time value study on Criteo client base to highlight the most valuable clusters of clients

    Who You Are:

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business School)
    • Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical skills. Ability to structure and solve difficult problems
      • A good grasp of statistical modelling
    • Experience in SQL, Python and Tableau
    • Understanding of basic marketing KPIs is a plus
    • Very good communication skills and fluency in English
    • Business acumen and ability to play the role of trusted advisor for key commercial stakeholders
    • Ability to work in project mode: plan, set milestones, coordinate with other teams/streams
    • Proactivity, autonomy and commitment
