As part of the expansion of our client's business, we are looking for
French speaking Customer Agents for permanent positions in Barcelona.



Your tasks:


  • Maintain and sustain the relationship with your customers,
  • Depending on the campaign, identify a customer need, present offers and make remote sales,
  • Respect established procedures and participate in the development of the business.

Your profile:


  • You have an excellent level of French, both oral and written, as well as an operational level of English,
  • You will be able to work in a call centre environment,
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team and want to work in an innovative and multicultural company.

Your working environment:


  • A training and integration period is planned, which combines theory and practice,

Hybrid working:


  • Working hours: Monday
  • Saturday (5 days/week), 8am8pm.
  • Contract of 39, 32 or 24 hours,
  • Gross annual remuneration between 11K and 20K depending on the contract.
