In an accelerating and changing digital world, this person will coordinate customer needs of different stakeholders to achieve this cultural change.

Digital Corner
-
Main Roles:

-
MES AOS deployment leader into new production lines of the plant
-
Participate and report on MES central routines
-
Manage E2E 3D printing process and delivery on time and quality of the plant.
-
Collaborate on improvements of boards & routines with operational teams
-
Measure and report maturity (KPIs, activities, self-assessment)
- **Co-facilitate building AOS / Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with operational teams

Other activities:

-
Co-facilitate kaizen AOS workshops
-
Exchange good practices with other AOS Agents
-
Support Digital cultural change in the plant
-
Transformation accelerator -> Involve & engage blue collars, functionsto collect needs and points for business improvement.

Identify trends and evaluate emerging technologies
-
Participate on the collection & connection with internal customer needs
-
Participate on the common understanding and Communication at all levels of organization
-
Skills:

-
Good awareness of Lean / six sigma principles, methods and tools

E2E 3D printing
-
3D modeling (Catia)
-
English: Negotiation level
-
Stakeholder management

Appetite for innovation

Digital mindset

Comunicatión skills at shop floor level

Desirable knowledge of AOS standards, global system view and Operational Excellence principles

Experience with other technologies and programming will be considered
