We're seeking a visionary engineer to spearhead the development of technical specifications and supplier homologation for repairs and refurbishments of electrical and electronic components. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global Repair Engineering team, working closely with Service, Global Overhaul Solutions, and Regions to drive operational excellence. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for:

Creating repair/refurbishment technical specifications and test specifications for electrical and electronic components, including motors, sensors, PLC/control devices, and electronic cards.
Screening and validating new repair solutions to optimize inventory management.
Collaborating with global service departments to align priorities and ensure seamless delivery.
Supporting quality teams during workshop qualification processes worldwide.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in engineering, with practical experience and a passion for innovation. You should be dynamic, autonomous, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent English skills (written and spoken) to communicate effectively in our international environment. As part of a global team, expect approximately 40 travel days per year to visit suppliers, workshops, factories, or sites.
