Purpose:

  • The InfoSec team protect adidas from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security services and improvement initiatives, managing, and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of adidas's business operations; and meet both internal and external stakeholders' expectations across the world.
  • As part of the security transformation activities within adidas, new capabilities are being created. This requires a skilled and experienced talent to build the new capability improve adidas's information security posture in order protect the adidas from complex cyber threats.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain understanding of the security posture and work with the team to understand the use cases to be created.
  • Responsible for maintaining and operate current security tools and services
  • Assessments of security environments and identify areas of improvement
  • Maintains current knowledge of adversaries' tactics, techniques, procedures, malware attacks, and other cyber security threats.
  • Proactively identify cyber security improvements and recommends appropriate control improvements.
  • Contributes to development of incident response policy, standards, and guidelines.
  • What we are looking for:
  • Exposure to security solutions such as EDR, Vulnerability management systems, SAP
  • Proven knowledge of SIEM technologies, like ElasticSearch.
  • Experience with automation use cases related to security team workflows (alerting, reporting, mitigation, enrichment)
  • Knowledge and experience with scripting languages and frameworks, Rest APIs, and SOAR solutions.
  • Automation development experience and cloud operations (e. g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Solid understanding of threats and threat actors' TTPs
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
  • At least 5year experience in IT
  • At least 2 years of experience in security incident response area
  • Able to maintain live documentation and experience with task tracking and progress.
  • Ability to cope with change, make decisions and act comfortably with risk and uncertainty.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with different international cultures
