- Provide expertise on the oversee of the end-to-end payroll processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, helping to adapt procedures to the Region according to regulations and compliance.
- Define the workflow to address employee payroll inquiries and be the link with key stakeholders to address issues related to compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Support the migration and implementation across EMEA of a new global payroll vendor, providing standard methodology, and supporting discovery sessions with key partners.
- Share best practices to review workflows to validate payroll inputs, including employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions, for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide expertise and best practice to manage payroll data integrity and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Explores opportunities to simplify and automate processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develops and documents procedural improvements.
- Develop and/or delivery training related to payroll and culture awareness.
- Drive consistency in end-to-end payroll process supporting improved efficiencies/compliance and standardization.
- A minimum of 10 years of international experience in the sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with automated Payroll systems and utilizing a third-party payroll provider.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical and math skills to identify issues and problem solve.
- Critical thinker to identify areas of improvement and recommend process improvements.
- Ability to read and interpret data, information and documents and assess reasonableness.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills using pivot tables and V-lookups.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- English and Spanish. Other European languages are a plus.
- Experience using UKG PRO and Workforce Dimensions
