Purpose
In close collaboration with Global Demand Planners, BUs, and Demand Planning Capabilities Team, the Global Demand Planner (GDP) Long Term Prestige is responsible of demand completeness on 13 to 36m horizon to support strategic actions for capacity planning (DC and Production). On top, he will take over key transversal responsibilities to leverage the end-to-end operational execution within Coty Supply Chain such as forecast accuracy reporting and demand reasonability (0-12m).

DEMAND COMPLETENESS months)
* Lead and run Long Range monthly process on Base & Inno (Saleable Regulars) and Testers & Samples (Non-Saleable Regulars) at market level
* Animate BUs on JDA audits, statistical forecasting, use of statistical models, disc dates maintenance, close collaboration of DP Capabilities team
* Identify and communicate gaps on 13-36m horizon to Global Demand Planners to ensure accurate final adjustments at house/brand levels vs ambition plan
* Reflect 3 years strat plan into long term forecast in O9
* Adjust long term forecast monthly based on the strat plan adherence update
* Populate DFU discontinuation dates in O9 according to discontinuation strategy
FORECAST ACCURACY REPORTING
* Lead the Forecast Accuracy (FA) interventions with the markets: status intervention, scorecard hyper care, KPIs dashboards/charts, Weekly Demand Evolution...
* Escalate and communicate FA during global S&OPs
* Run and consolidate the reporting: performance monitoring, BU Root cause analysis, Global action plan follow up...
DEMAND REASONABILITY (0-12 months)
* On a monthly basis, identify and communicate gaps on 0-12m horizon to Global Demand Planners/Reg S&OP leaders to guarantee reasonability and mitigate cuts/inventory/VAR
* Load operational forecast in O9 based on FH inputs (US & EMEA)
