    Descripción

    Role Description

    We are currently seeking a Finnish Speaking Recruiter to join our team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. This is an entry-level position and no previous experience is required. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing the candidate database. You will also be responsible for conducting language tests and final interviews. Please note that this position requires a mandatory 4-month training period in Athens, for which we will cover all costs. Following the training period, you will have the opportunity to work remotely.

    Requirements

    • Finnish speaker
    • Valid European Union passport
    • Willingness to undergo 4 months of training in Athens
    • Ability to work remotely following the training period

    • A monthly salary of 2000 euros, plus bonuses
