- Create supply plan for a site aligning with the demand plan, considering plant/operations capacity and raw material availability.
- Disaggregate the demand plan into smaller timeframes (months, weeks, or products).
- Hand over the supply plan to the Materials team and propose purchases for seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain planning bills of material, product hierarchy, and related category values for the site.
- Coordinate production across the network while addressing inventory requirements; Factor in constraint management in the network's supply plan.
- Manage finished goods and materials allocation for the site.
- Oversee the Master Production Schedule, in line with network plans; Conduct supply plan scenarios.
- Tackle and resolve twice daily any deviations between firm demand and the current site's supply plan, including adjustments to dependent site plans when significant changes occur.
- Collaborate with regional Material Planners, address incoming material supply issues on the build plans, and develop solutions to rectify the problem, sharing outcomes with Customer Support teams.
- Interpret, analyze, and enhance essential Key Performance Indicators.
- College, university, or equivalent degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in Planning.
- Background in industrial environments/fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Guadalajara, Spain.
