We are hiring a
Project Manager - International Projects (Madrid)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our International Projects Department. We are a team of committed, passionate,
and nice people. We have an ambitious vision of growth ahead of us and we need to strength our in-house talented team.

As project manager you will be responsible of the management of international projects, managing the tasks and teams
involved, and ensuring an optimal performance. You will have to fulfil the technical, administrative, financial, and timing
requirements. You will report to the Head of Unit.

You will perform frequent short trips to the EU and (less frequent) other regions such as LATAM, East Europe (less
probably Asia and Africa).

90% of the work in this project will be in English.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day project management from award through closeout, including contractual compliance,
financial management, and oversight of project staff and subcontractors.
Management and control of timeline, costs, and quality management in the delivery of activities and training materials.
Ensures that technical work plans, and deliverables are developed in an appropriate timely manner.

Your profile (key requirements)
University degree.
At least 5 years of professional experience, with minimum 3 years of experience managing international projects.
Proven experience of project management including project cycle, mobilisation of experts, coordination of project
activities, reporting and financial management, is a must.
Team-working attitude, commitment, and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication and social skills. Proactivity.
Willingness and curiosity to learn technical contents.
Daily experience in the use of IT tools.
Availability to travel frequently for short periods (3-5 days). Most within the EU.
Fluent level of English (speaking/writing). C1 or equivalent.

Your profile (additional desirable skills)
Relevant degree in Veterinary, Biology, agrobusiness represents a strong asset.
Proven experience organising face-to-face events in the EU.
Demonstrated ability to understand and report financial data and information
