Main Responsibilities - Definir procesos de diferentes departamentos adaptándolos a las best practices que se puedan diseñar dentro del nuevo ERP (SAP) que se debe implementar.
- Liderar proyectos de evaluación para identificar procesos actuales de la empresa y definir cómo la evolución y caminos de transición necesarios para una exitosa implantación de ERP.
- Junto con el área de Business Partners de IT, el Core Team acompañará todo el proceso de implementación del ERP dentro de las empresas del grupo, verificando que los procesos se ajusten al modelo definido y acordado con la organización.
- Comunicar a la empresa el estado de los proyectos y los principales problemas en su implementación a través de Workstream.
- Colaborarás durante la ejecución de los proyectos en términos de diseño, tiempos, recursos, riesgos, etc.
- Ser agente de cambio fomentado la transformación al promover nuevas formas de trabajo basadas en procesos generales y un nuevo software.
- Participación en proyectos multi-país y en la creación de una red interna de la compañía.
- Impulsar principales KPI de diferentes proyectos y hacer un seguimiento.
- Asegurar que todos los requisitos y necesidades de negocio se han adecuado al modelo diseñado en el nuevo ERP.
Core Skills/experience - Al menos 5-7 años de experiencia en un rol multidepartamental (manufactura, cadena de suministro, auditoría, control, finanzas, etc.).
- Mentalidad orientada a los datos.
- Experto en SAP. Ser conocedor de la plataforma y poder diseñar los procesos de la compañía con mínimas modificaciones.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Mentalidad ágil y adaptable en entornos ambiguos.
- Inclinación natural por la acción: hacer que las cosas sucedan, orientado a objetivos y plazos.
- Capacidad para trabajar entre negocios y con una amplia gama de roles en un entorno acelerado.
- Pensamiento crítico para diagnosticar brechas de capacidad / funcionalidad e identificar soluciones.
- Experiencia en liderar equipos multifuncionales.
