NBCUniversal Global Networks Spain is a division of NBCUniversal Networks International that produces and distributes thematic pay tv channels which currently are Calle 13, SYFY & DreamWorks alongside the VOD service Universal+ in Spain and SYFY and E in Portugal.


Job Description:


Responsibilities

  • Assistance for the Marketing team, reporting to the Brand Manager.
  • Coordination of agenda and weekly meetings.
  • Prepare documents and Presentations: PPT and newsletter for Ad Sales. Support for internal and external presentations.
  • Translations of Documents for internal usage.
  • General Coordination for Creative Materials for Spain & Portugal:
  • Creation of assets for

Marketing Dept:
Campaign, Actions and Digital

  • GIF creation from selected TV shows, according to criteria.
  • Content assets: download promotional assets from the different distributors: NBCU Passport, and other content suppliers (CBS, Warner, Disney, etc)
  • Reviewing copies, text images following brand and channel creative guidelines
  • Sending images and promos on a regular basis to affiliates
  • Calle 13 & SYFY websites creative maintenance: Update (press area, etc.)
  • Liaise with MKT providers: merchandise suppliers, production agencies, travel agency, etc.
  • Contests: coordination and management of the contests in liaison with Ad Sales, social, legal, etc. (help contacting winners i.e)
  • Translations and subtitling of promos and scripts for dubbing, internal presentations and for On Air.
  • Digitize assets for social media, press and PPT presentations.
  • Support in events, premieres, etc.
  • Managing (copy, archival) raw and other types of files.
  • Edit and export fillers and video assets (SYFY Games, liners, etc.)
  • Send promos and fillers to Denver (US).
  • Workflow coordination for materials: promos, digital elements

Qualifications:


  • University Degree in Audiovisual Communication / Marketing and/or Creative. University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.
  • The studies must have been finished less than 3 years ago
  • Advanced knowledge of MS

Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

  • Graphic design and Video Editor tools: Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)
  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and Portuguese advantageous
  • Proactive, communicative and strong team player
  • Creative and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent ability to follow priorities and deadlines
