You will report to the Corporate Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Day to Day supervision tasks of our payment processes/methods.
Issuing internal reports for the financial director/Corporate Finance Manager review.
Maintaining and improving the day to day relationships with the banking providers.
Reviewing and claiming banking expenses to our suppliers.
Managing incidents related with payments and collections.
Supporting analyzes and implementations of new payment and collection methods and improving the current ones, following the company needs.
Supporting analyzes of market's competitors in payment services as well as potential collaborations with these payment suppliers.
Management of the detection, verification and communication of suspicious transactions linked to the prevention of money laundering and / or the financing of terrorism.
Supporting analyzes and evaluations of possible regulations related to payment and collection methods.
Supporting on the statutory audit process with the corresponding audit firm. Collecting, reviewing and sending the corresponding documentation to the auditors.
Reviewing and sending the monthly financial reports to the parent company.

Minimum Qualifications:

A five/fouryear degree related with fields such as finance, accounting or business administration.
35 years of experience in similar positions.
Fluency in oral and written English.
