- Contributing to technical bodies both inside and outside ABB, and promoting ABB's R&D internally and externally.
- A master's degree in computer sciences.
- 5 years of experience in WEB development, working as Software Engineer with Angular, TypeScript and
- 2 years of experience leading Dev Teams.
- Sound knowledge of Agile Development and the Industrial market.
- Knowledge of Docker, Cybersecurity and REST APIs.
- English. Fluent speaker for technical topics.
- Work permit in Spain.

The R&D Team Manager plays an important role, driving and fostering a culture of innovation within the department while assisting the R&D Manager to plan and manage R&D activities and resources. In this position, you will support the development of projects and identify the budget for a specific functional area.
In this role, you will be in charge of R&D Engineers in order to meet the requirements of product development projects.
