¿Cuáles serán mis funciones y responsabilidades?


  • Define and execute the user acquisition strategy for the short and long term
  • Manage directly, SEM and affiliates
  • Identify key search and market trends in the travel industry and among competitors in order to analyse insights that can be actionable for the different departments within the company
  • SEM: optimize paid search towards ROI and Revenue growth
  • Analyze KPIs and navigation behaviour, identify insights and optimize accordingly to achieve ROI and growth targets
  • Identify the most valuable audiences, segment them and prioritize them in the campaigns
  • Protect W2M territory and conquer new visitors within travel territory
  • Liaise with Marketing department to align campaigns with products, landing pages and product availability
  • Affiliates: recruit affiliates partners, negotiate deals, manage relationships and followup performance
  • Attribution: Measure and value customer touchpoints to weight the investment based in the presence that they have in the conversion path
  • Work proactively with multiple external agencies to make and implement recommendations for new and existing programs
  • Liaise with Marketing to be aligned in communication and campaign objectives
  • Liaise with Marketing team to compile specific reports and insights utilizing data from analytics tools and give insights to improve conversion on web site
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across all online channels
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
  • Provide daily, weekly, and/or monthly traffic performance reports

Requisitos:


What is important for the role:

  • 5 years of experience as a traffic Acquisition or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
  • Datadriven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive person with the ability to work in a team.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Epiphany, Mailchimp Sas, Sap CRM.
