The Club by RADISSON HOTEL GROUP?
Our Commercial Projects team is responsible for revenue transformation, with a twofold objective: 1. to implement our five-year plan with new annual initiatives and the implementation of innovative solutions and 2. to develop the Club in all geographical areas, in order to achieve constant additional revenue.


Position summary
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Commercial Project Manager to join our Commercial Project Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects related to "The Club" communication, "The Club" expansion plan, the organization of events such as the Trade shows and our annual conference "Revenue Strategy Days," and other commercial projects.

You will play a crucial role in driving Sales and Revenue Management projects within our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects related to the communication of The Club, ensuring effective and engaging communication strategies across various channels.
  • Drive "The Club" expansion plan by developing and implementing strategies to increase membership and revenue.
  • Coordinate the organization of events such as Trade shows and our RSD annual conference "Revenue Strategy Days," ensuring seamless execution and a remarkable attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements, define objectives, and establish project plans, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track project milestones, identify dependencies, and manage project risks.
  • Analyse and interpret project data, providing insights and recommendations to drive commercial success.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to update stakeholders and senior management on project status, and key findings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to project management, communication strategies and event organization.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a commercial or revenue management setting.
  • Strong understanding of sales data, and commercial operations in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and foster collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences and ability to work remotely.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and tools and event management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
