Summer Program Coordinator - Fixed term 6 months

Eu Business School is a leading educational organization that offers various programs as Bachelor, MBA, Master, and Summer programs for students in grades


Our Summer programs cover a range of topics, such as Fundamentals of Business Management, Roles and Responsibilities in Business Management, Leadership and Management Development, and much more.

We aim to provide high-quality and engaging learning experiences for our students, while also fostering their social and emotional skills.

As a Summer Program Coordinator, you will assist the Summer Program Manager in planning and implementing the summer programs.

You will also help with the operations and logistics of the programs, such as preparing materials, setting up venues, transporting equipment, and coordinating schedules and staff.

You will also interact with the students, parents, teachers, and other staff members, and ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in preparing and delivering the program curriculum and activities
  • Help with the operations and logistics of the programs, such as preparing materials, setting up venues, transporting equipment, and coordinating schedules
  • Monitor and supervise the students during the program hours
  • Provide individual and group support to the students as needed
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the program stakeholders
  • Maintain and update the program records and reports
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise
  • Follow the program policies and procedures

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or Bachelor
  • Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for learning and teaching
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
