Your mission:

Responsibilities:

Source to find tech talent through a variety of channels and using diverse sourcing tools and techniques
Serve as an advisor with regards to sourcing best practices to include sourcing strategy, evaluation technique and decision making
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
Be our brand ambassador
Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent
Support on end to end recruitment for Digital Hub roles

Qualifications:

_ What will you need to succeed? _

2+years of proven technical sourcing expertise in a dynamic business environment
Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, Linkedin recruiter.
Demonstrated success in filling high hiringbar requisitions where only the most exceptional talent both technically and interpersonally
Proficiency in traditional sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to source 'beneath the surface' targeted sourcing campaigns, targeted networking, calling for names and blog channels
Good communicator with the ability to influence effectively
Interest to participate in project work and event management
