We are searching for a Learning Coordinator to support the ongoing onboardings and training activities with a focus on development, innovation, problem solving and aim to create valuable onboarding and learning experiences.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work side by side with a group of exceptionally driven, customer-obsessed AMZL Supply Chain managers, all while coordinating and delivering a variety of learning activities.

Key job responsibilities

Maintains mid to highlevel knowledge in at least two AMZL Supply Chain areas.
Refines learning tools and techniques across AMZL Supply Chain
Plans and delivers onboarding plans, refreshers and other trainings
Creates training content
Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning
Improves associates' jobrelated skills
Develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage scheduler development
Identifies areas for cross training and assists in driving success of peak and nonpeak training plans
Partners with Quality team to offer learning solutions to improve defect trends
