Your Profile

Fluent in French speaker:

English level B
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customeroriented and a resultsdriven approach
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Passionate about helping customers

Your Responsibilities

Management of incoming calls
Diagnosis and analysis of issues encountered by the clients
Engaging with customers through various communication channels.
Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints.
