ABOUT THE ROLE


At Porsche Digital we are looking for a talented People Partner to join our People and Culture team, and to take care of our Costumer Interaction Center.


We're looking for a People Partner with experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives and projects, able to drive organisational and team change, while promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

A People Partner who will contribute to taking Porsche Digital Barcelona to the next level.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coach, influence, guide and constructively challenge managers to ensure stronger people performance.
  • Solve moderate to complex problems; be resourceful and take initiative to seek internal and external resources when problemsolving.
  • Work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Partner with leaders to identify talent, strategic resourcing and capability requirements in line with the longer term people needs of the organisation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the development, implementation and review of human resources policies and procedures for the department in line with legislative and business requirements

WE LOOK FOR

  • Experience in tracking record of building successful partnerships across multiple stakeholders as an HR professional, with the ability to network, influence, lead, constructively challenge, coach, guide and support managers.
  • Ability to work with autonomy to deliver business priorities and manage workload within a dynamic operating environment
  • Extensive knowledge of key ER policies and procedures with an ability to provide clear, supportive and legislatively compliant guidance and advice.
  • Ability to detect and analyse a problem and collaborate effectively with others to find a solution
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills required together with an eye for detail and 'can do' attitude
  • A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
  • Experience dealing and taking care of a Call Center would be an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish employment law
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus but not needed
