- Controlar las operaciones en el sitio de las obras donde ha sido designado, coordinado las actuaciones del personal en sitio además de controlar la supervisión de los procesos de construcción, montaje, puesta en servicio de las obras.
- Controlar la elaboración de la estructura, contenido y procedimientos del Plan de Ejecución del Proyecto.
- Controlar la gestión de reclamos por parte de los contratistas de construcción y montaje, durante la materialización del proyecto.
- Controlar que los contratistas de construcción y montaje cumplan los estándares de seguridad y salud laboral y los compromisos ambientales, con la colaboración de HSEQ.
- Realizar los informes necesarios y organizar la documentación generada en la supervisión de la obra.
- Realizar seguimiento de la planificación, avances y asignación correcta de recursos por parte del Especista para cumplir los hitos del proyecto.
- Validar avances de obra y certificaciones emitidas por el Especista .
