    Job Purpose

    At Toppan Digital Language, we enable global companies to sell with confidence in any language.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Negotiate rates with suitable vendors and update the database with accurate information in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with Project Management, Operations, and Business Development teams to support recruitment needs.
    • Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
    • Monitor resource performance and provide feedback where required.
    • Recruit and allocate vendors for projects based on client criteria.
    • Identify resource gaps and proactively recruit subject matter specialists to expand our talent pool.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • University degree in a relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience.
    • Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written.
    • 4+ years of Vendor Management experience.
    • People management experience preferred.
    • Experience with market research clients preferred.

    Desirable Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing business.
    • Strong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools, and understanding of MT.
    • Effective communication skills, including presentation/meeting facilitation.
    • Ability to take initiative in resolving queries/issues.
    • Responsibility and accountability in client-facing situations.
    • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
    • Proactive and flexible team player.
