Who are we looking for:


In the role of Ops & Support intern you'll be working closely with our customers and accountants in order to provide the best support and guide them through the process of filing their taxes.

We are looking for positive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and join an early-stage start-up on a temporary basis for four months from March to July.

We are a small operations team, so we are looking for proactive people who are willing to get stuck in and who are passionate about providing great customer service.

From day one you'll need to immerse yourself in the company and build both your knowledge of our platform and your own tax knowledge.

You'll be a confident and talented problem-solver, resolving complex issues with ease.

Plus you'll have a knack for breaking down boring tax jargon into simple, digestible info for a range of audiences.


What you'll do:


  • You'll deal with a wide range of issues from helping us manage the relationship with our accountant partners to handling customer complaints and queries. It's fun, interesting, and varied.
  • You'll also get involved in projects to help us build a bigger, better business.
  • You'll provide insights and feedback on the product to help improve our processes.
  • No two problems are the same. You'll take full ownership of issues that you'll be empowered to resolve.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English. We are a UK based company, therefore, many meetings will be conducted in English.
  • Strong customer empathy, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
  • A willingness to learn and progress.
  • Problem solver and team player.
  • Previous customer service experience in an office setting is desirable, but not essential.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level of work experience.
  • Passionate about technology and a desire to learn about our product inside out.
  • Knowledge of tax and accountancy is a bonus but not essential training will be provided.

It is mandatory to be able to sign an agreement (Convenio) with your University
