Se trata de garantizar que el nivel de satisfacción del cliente se mantenga o mejore en todos los proyectos.
Serás dueño del proceso para garantizar que los proyectos sean implementados y reportados adecuadamente de manera global con la participación de las Business Units y KAMs.1.
Atender las solicitudes de los clientes sobre procesos, datos o inconsistencias en el despliegue del proyecto.2. Establecer y liderar llamadas de seguimiento recurrentes con la Business Unit (BU) más relevantes (I.e:
EE. UU., Reino Unido,Países Bajos) sobre el estado de implementación del proyecto. Ayúdelos a superar sus desafíos para alcanzar los objetivos decrecimiento comunes.3. Dinamizar la comunicación entre cliente y BU (tiempos de respuesta, cotizaciones o material no entregado según plazo del proyecto).4.
Obtener información de los departamentos de la compañía en Oiarzun (Inside Sales, Tech Support, Product Management, Ventas) y compártala con el cliente / BU.5.
Búsqueda e implementación de mejoras en los procesos internos y externos.6. Recopilar y difundir información sobre proyectos (Pipeline) para su ejecución. Seguimiento activo de la ejecución de laejecución del pipeline.7. Este rol requiere disponibilidad para viajarExperiencia mínima 3 – 5 años en tareas comerciales y operativas.Se valorará:
