Descripción
We are looking for an administrative assistant to help us with our administrative tasks in our Barcelona HeadQuarters.Your role is to be involved in our team ́s daily work and help us in all the administrative tasks that arrive.
You will:
- Be a part of the Total Rewards and Mobility team (HR team)
- Organize and complete administrative tasks on a daily basis (filling in forms for employees, preparing letters and documentation for new hires and employees, etc)
- Uploading information and maintenance our different digital tools and platforms
- Manage payment of fees related to government taxes (tasas) online and offline
- Manage invoices from our providers
- Manage internal calendars and trackers
- Give support to the rest of the team in their different daily tasks
- Support employees from different levels both online and physically

Good English and Spanish communications skills: written and verbal.
